SAK-24 / Low Voltage Wireless Generator Load Drop

The SAK-24 controls electrical loads using a form “C” dry contact. The contacts are rated for up to 5A at 250VAC. Powered by 24VAC, the SAK-24 can draw power from any point within the electrical system. It operates independently, requiring no connection or control wiring to the generator or transfer switch.

Following a power outage, when power is restored, the SAK-24 opens the relays and analyzes the AC power from the input. When generator voltage is detected the relay will remain open and the SAK-24 will continue to monitor the AC line waveform. When utility power returns, the load is restored after 2–5 minutes and the SAK-24 will enter sleep mode until a power outage occurs.
